This product works great in my kitchen. It is comfortable and sturdy. About 8 months after ordering two bar stools, one of the pumps in the stool started giving out. I contacted the Direct team and they quickly expedited new parts to me. They also provided me instructions on how to replace the parts that were wearing, all for free. This team and product is really of the top quality. Best bar stools for their value on !
The material is smooth and easy to clean but not very cushy. The stool is very unstable and falls easy. I got rid of them and would not purchase again.
I have had these for a little over a week now and they are beginning to make this very loud squeaking noise as though something is going wrong with them. The product looks nice and was a breeze to assembly but its too early for them to be making that kind of noise.
Im a pretty slim person and I still think the butt area is rather tiny. I prefer crossing my legs sometimes and these dont provide enough butt space for that kind of position. They are great looking pieces to look. Not comfortable to sit in for extended amount of time.

Before I get into the chair lets talk about the kindergarten assembly instructions. There were only pictures, no words explaining what to do to secure the chair. Had it not been that I am a person who figures things out I wouldve been lost and those chairs not properly put together.
Now on to the chairs. They are not the safest, sturdiest, nor brightest constructed chair. I am a plus size female and my behind dominates the seat and I dont even have a huge bottom. I felt like the chair would tip at anytime. I had my oldest who is average weight sit in one and she said she didnt feel safe sitting on the chair. Good thing I had planned on using them to sit in just while prepping food and making my kitchen look put together, not for anything else.
Would I recommend these chairs? Thats a No from me dawg!
Was assembly easy?
Yes, a little too easy which is probably why they dont feel safe or secure.
