Assembling the chair was very easy , it is sturdy I weigh 250 lbs so seems pretty durable however dimensions on chair are less than mention in description but that are nice and comfortable !
Listen, you contemplating buying two stools for what seems like a very little amount of money. And you are, so temper your expectations. These are smallish seats that are not particularly comfortable. They are not particularly stable. They do look nice from a bit away but not everything is even. I put them at my kitchen counter so my kids could eat there. They are a GREAT temporary solution while I wait for the world to return to normal (writing this during the Covid 19 2020 peak) but they are not long term solutions.
The two stools were very easy and simple to put together, I had both of them ready to go in under 10 minutes. For the price they look great and are adjustable to fit any table in our house. My only complaint about the chairs is they feel a little unstable when sitting on them. It doesnt feel like I am going to tip or fall off, but they do feel a little wobbly.

Good chairs for slimmer people
These are nice looking chairs, but they are small. If your 200lbs+ probably not for you. It would probably be more comfortable for slimmer people.
