We love!!this bunk bed!! Very sturdy for my 2 wild boys. It took about 3 hours for 3 of us to put it all together. The bottom bunk doesnt have much head room and we have a 5inch mattress on it. Not an issue but good to know for other people who are looking.
Customer service hands down gets 5 stars! We were missing middle support beam for upper and lower called， filled a short little form out， had a question called she looked it up for me and helped me through it ( needed part number and hubby threw away instructions with that on there) she was so helpful and had Oren right away- and even tho they only sent one of the two I emailed them and they apologized and had the other one in a few days. The entire thing was the best experience with customer service ever!!! Super nice， helpful， and fast with shipping!
Onto putting this together: 3/4 stars as I was not the one who put it together I heard lots of swearing out of hubby while he was putting it together. He did not enjoy it and took him a few hours to do so. Some pictures didnt make sense right away.
End result: my girls ( 2 and 4) love!!it! Well worth it! - also because I didnt put it together!

They previously had full size beds in their own room and decided they wanted to share a room and we needed something that would work for both their full size beds they already had and this has exceeded expectations. The room under the lower bed is sufficient for storage or my girls like!!to lay under it and watch a movie on Friday nights
Clear instructions. Easy to assemble with two people， about 2 hours. great product ! value for the quality. Minor damage to one piece， quality control issue most likely. Item was packaged well.
The instructions came with detailed illustrations but at first， seemed overwhelming to me. However， I quickly realized it was not more difficult than building a set and I could do almost all by myself. I only had to ask for help to place the upper bed on top of the other and for a few other steps. The hardware， tools， and parts were all labeled with stickers which made the assembly for me much less complicated. The bunk bed parts are all made of wood and there were no plastic pieces. Since there were so many pieces to assemble， it took me a whole afternoon to finish it. Once done with the assembly， I could then see that the top rails are high enough to secure the mattress and to prevent a sleeper to fall off. I also pushed against the bunk bed to check if its stable enough for rowdy youngsters and it stood its ground. The white paint is the same hue as shown and doesnt have a tendency to flake off. Also， as its not very tall， slightly over 5 feet， I can make the upper bed without having to stand on a step stool. And， if necessary， I can dismount the upper bed and place it directly on the floor.
