    Convenience

We use this for sleeping every night. Easy to adjust and disassemble. Very convenient for small spaces. Can also be use as a lounger for added seating. Love the convenience. Comfortable

    Great service, sturdy furniture

The ottoman did not end up working for us but the customer support was excellent and I would suggest buying from them. The ottoman sat lower than we anticipated and did not fit in our space as a chair. It is very sturdy and well made - we are larger people and felt secures sitting on it. I would buy something else from the company.

    Lost a screw

Was nice at first. Until it lost a screw can't figure out from where.

    Way overpriced

I have purchased this with an idea of adding extra lounging space to our small couch. Its perfect because when not in use it serves as a center table I guess to rest feet on or use as a table. Its really firm enough to be used as one. You can place a coffee cup and it wont tilt. I tested. So the firmness is great for that but obviously its not as exciting if you want to sleep on it. I am planning to purchase a 2 inch twin size mattress topper which I will use to make the mattress more comfortable for when I have a guest. It folds and unfolds easy but the side covers that are supposed to cover the whole mechanism are too short on the sides and they easily expose the metal framing of the seat. Another big issue I have is that the stuffing of the seat is coming out through the fabric making it look like theres fuzz all over it. No matter how much you vacuum it or try to remove it more and more comes out. Long story short this thing is OVERPRICED. If I had known all this I wouldnt have paid $450 for it. Maybe $300 MAX. I guess I will keep it since its very heavy and returning it would be a hassle. It does serve the purpose after all but now I have to come up with a cover for it to cover all this cheap fabric which is not something I should be doing with a piece of furniture that I just paid almost five hundred dollars for. Not happy.

    not that comfortable

I bought this for guest to sleep on in a small room. My mom has been using it. I added a 2 inch memory foam layer, but that still felt hard, so I added an additional 4 inch memory gel ontop of that. Now it's ok. I can't figure out how to lock the legs when assembled in bed. So once it's laid out, don't move the bed or legs clamps. The first night my mom slept on it she scooted it and somehow the legs clapsed. So she sleeped in a chair position because she didn't know where the legs were lol. Dispite all that it's great for small spaces. I don't feel like it was worth $400 .

    Ottoman.

This is exactly what I was looking for, only wish I have found it before my purchase from a furniture store.

    A Little Gem

I absolutely love it. I live small, so I was looking for something simple and convertible. I saw plenty of versions like this and was going towards another brand but I read a review and went with this one. It's sooo easy to assemble. Very sturdy and that's good since it's also my bed. It's not comfortable when sleeping but I fixed that. I got a 1.5 foam mattress topper and now it's perfectly fine. Sleep so well and plenty of space to stretch out.
