One chair assembled beautifully. The other arrived missing a floor guard ( plastic piece on bottom) and a faulty leg. So basically one is usable, one is not.
Customer service is non responsive. No viable phone number and they do not respond to emails.
needs to vet their vendors better. This is a simple fix—send out new parts? But likely we will have to go through the hassle of returning a bulky chair.
These are great chairs to round out our needs. I ordered these because I was throwing a dinner party and needed mor seating. These are really comfortable and nice-looking. The only complaint is that the assembly instructions were small and hard to read. I had trouble making out the diagrams.
I have had these chairs a couple of months now and so far they are holding up pretty well. I love the look and they are very comfortable. Not too hard, not too soft. I am wondering if the shape will last long only because the seat doesnt seem to have much support. Since I have them in an area that does not get a lot of traffic, I am hoping for the best.
Very easy to assemble, came fast and beautiful and comfortable chair. It looks like it is a product of quality. The chairs arrived almost entirely assembled, the only piece needed tl assembl was the legs. Great ones!
I love the price of these and that they came in 2 weeks sooner than expected. I put them together myself and it took me awhile but love the way they look with my table. The fabric isnt as soft as I wouldve like but nonetheless still comfortable chairs!

Inexpensive but very attractive dining room chairs
The chairs were easy to put together and look great! They are also comfortable.

Easy to assemble was I realized the bottom had Velcro lol.. package was great and came on time.
