I bought it for my daughter, who refused to sleep alone. Now she doesnt leaves her room during the day and night! She goes to sleep by herself and we setup an small play area under the bed! Best money I ever spent.
Definitely respect the weight limit for the bed- not made for anyone heavier. Easy to assemble (knocked it out with help from my 12 year old daughter) in 1.5 hrs ....I used extra support brackets for security and because I had read that the wood splits etc....she has been using the bed for a month now and it is rock solid (with the brackets in place).... Bought them at Home Depot- spent maybe an extra 20$ (worth it).... She loves the bed... Totally worth the money.
This is the perfect transitional bed for my 3 year old little boy! He was in a toddler bed but it was just too small and the room he's in is smaller than I'd like so this is a great option for storage underneath. And for the price, this bed can't be beat!

It arrived in perfect condition. The assembly was quick and painless - I would say it took me 1 hour alone (my wife did help hold a few pieces)
It is very sturdy, even I have laid on it a few times. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she can easily get up and down from the latter. We love the area it gives underneath since she has a smaller room.. it definitely opens up the space.
