Easy to assemble , however took me about 1hr and half. My bf was work so I did it by myself with a little help from the kids. Son help to place the second bed on top. They loved it. My bf is 170 and I am 180 we both was amble to get on this bed.
Okay I spent days searching for bunkbeds for my boys 5 and 2. We checked everything from the room place, to walmart, target, Ashley furniture, value city, bobs furniture and . After days of searching we decided on these beds. I wanted it in a darker color but the delivery was too far out. So we went with white (although it's more ivory than white but I also think lighting plays a role.) Either way we LOVE the white!
Delivery was a day late and when i contacted they explained something was wrong with their truck hence it being late. When it came it came secured nothing was broken or sticking out as some reviews mentioned.
It took both my husband and I to bring it in as it was heavy.
We brought it up to the boys room and opened the box up. There was a slight smell to it like a mix of wood and paint but we opened the window while we put it together and by the time it was done the smell was very minimal to non existent im hoping in a few days it's completely gone.
The setup took about an hour to an hour in a half. Once put together we tested out the sturdiness and called our 5 yr old to see how he does with climbing the ladder and he loved it! We did put a munchkin rail guard on the bottom bunk for our toddler and it fit perfectly with the mattress.
The wood is solid and sturdy. We used 6 memory foam mattress for both bunks and they fit great! We got the mattress from target for 100 bucks!
Overall as of now we're completely satisfied with the bed! Will update in a few months!
We have had these bunk beds for 6 years now and they are still in very good condition. We even have four boys (who have not been gentle) and the beds have stayed in great shape. I cant believe how little they cost for what they are! We do have the natural color so scratches dont show. Highly recommend.
These bunkbeds have held up VERY well and weren't as hard to put together as we first anticipated. Big fan of the fact they could be unbunked to be two twins if we wanted. My little guys love them (ages 2 and 6).
Arrived in 3 days and when the delivery truck pulled up I opened my garage and the two delivery men brought it right inside. The box was in perfect condition and everything was well packed.
The pieces have a nice smooth finish and I like that it's real wood. Of course it's not hardwood from an old-growth forest and I'm happy with that. There are a few blemishes but nothing you could see from more than 3 foot away, and no splinters or real defects. Before it arrived I saw some commentary on the bed slats and had a few 1x4's ready to augment the ones that came with the bed. It came with 14 slats for the two beds, and I cut four additional ones and now it looks like I'll be fine without bunky boards. It took about 2 hours to assemble with a couple of obligatory re-dos of some boards (pay attention to where the holes for attaching the ladder are!) The design seems sturdy in all of the right places and the bolts and fittings give reassurance it will hold up.
Love the look, that it doesn't take up much space, and that my daughters are happy.

Solid bunk bed, easy to assemble. Natural wood looks nice. Recommend buying a bunkie board or extra slats to support the mattresses.
Six years and going strong
We have had these bunk beds for 6 years now and they are still in very good condition. We even have four boys (who have not been gentle) and the beds have stayed in great shape. I cant believe how little they cost for what they are! We do have the natural color so scratches dont show. Highly recommend.

I need the instructions, they got me the instructions and the bunkbed is beautiful and sturdy.
