We needed a workstation for my son, but had a small footprint to work with. This L-shaped desk from worked out perfectly and gave him much more room to work with than we had initially though possible! This butts up nicely against the foot of his twin bed and a wall. He is able to have his school side, with his Chromebook and school supplies and than his play side with his home computer and gaming devices. He feels like a pilot at a command center! Assembly was easy and pretty straight forward. The monitor stand can go on either side, but only in specific spots. You can not just install it anywhere you like across the back, there are specific pre-drilled holes for it, same with the cup holder and the headphone holder, you can install them only in the specific spots, or leave them off entirely. The red plastic trim on the sides and the red graphic detail on the legs are optional and we left them off. Red does not go with his room and the decal leg stickers and red plastic trim kinda made it look childish to him. We went with slick black and it looks really cool and modern! I do wish there was some kind of shelving option under the desk to make better use of the space especially in the corner of the L and the textured desk top makes writing or coloring weird, but in the desks defense, it's advertised as a gaming/computer desk not an arts and crafts desk! Bottom line, it's a sturdy well made piece that suits our needs just fine and we could not be happier with it!
The wood they used seemed like it was pretty good but I wanna know whos idea it was to have us screw into plastic and expect it to not wobble or come out..

The biggest drawback is this desk does not have a keyboard tray. meaning everything needs to fit on the desktop.
With 2 monitors, even if it just one. there is just not a lot of space for keyboard/mouse. they are running into one another. This is based on standard keyboard size and mouse.
another 2 inches depth would've solve the problem.
I am not sure if we will keep this or not yet. so make sure you measure before deciding.
I liked the size as it fit perfectly in the space we had for it. All the parts were there and the only puzzle was the orientation of the legs. The instructions were clear, but one must pay attention. We did not use several of the parts: the drink holder, the hanger for the headset and the monitor stand. The monitor we have is tall enough on its own. The large computer case we are using in this set up was too deep and ran into the cross bar, so we placed it below the other part of the desk. I am pleased to have this desk for this setup.
It wasnt until I flipped it over that I realized that the top side was damaged. I received this from USPS(meaning that I had to drive) when confirmed that it was going to be delivered to my house and to be fair I would like to have at least this side replaced. No way I would have to go thru all that effort of, not only picking it up myself and assembling, all that for the product to come slightly destroyed! I couldve forgiven the small scratches but this is too much..
Love the look and style of this desk. The carbon fiber material looks great. It was just what my son was wanting. My only complaint is that when I received the package it was in bad shape. We opened it to find that there were some gouge marks in the carbon fiber material and some piece were bent etc. called to see if we could get replacement piece for them instead but sadly we could. We just keep it cause we needed the desk now. So as a view of product Id say it was great. But as for packaging and shipping was definitely disappointed.
Lots of space to set up all gaming accessories, took me about an hour to set up but I dont have a lot of experience on assembling furniture. At first the legs seem weak but after it was set up seem to be stride without moving a lot. I do wish all the screws tight all the way because I did encounter some didnt.

Went together well, not deep enough for large computer case
