We were very happy with this as a solution to a small space for a couch and bed. The only installation were the legs which was easy if you have an electric screwdriver.

It looks nice and the cushioning is firm . The legs are a bit short so it is tad bit low to the ground and the back rest is also short for an average height person. I am 4/11 so it fits me perfect but the rest of the taller members of my family finds it uncomfortable.

You only need to use the bolts it comes with to secure the legs. the SCREWS are optional. (its confusing because theres very little explanation, and the illustration would suggest its talking about the legs very strange.

Its a beautiful futon couch but its made for a petite person. Fit perfectly for office space or tiny spaces. Very hip and modern looking. Love the style and the look but kinda uncomfortable to seat on for a long period of time.
Bought for the kids upstairs living area for watching TV and playing games. Light weight enough that it was easy to get up stairs. Easy to assemble, the kids did it. Just big enough to seat 2 teenagers and a cat. Lays out just big enough for an average teenager to sleep on if necessary.
