We received this desk last night and it was safe and sound. No damage. If you can put Ikea furniture together you can easily do this one. Pay attention to detail though as you can easily miss a couple of important specifics. It all went together fine and we are really happy with it. Will be used as a makeup desk. I highly recommend it!
I was super excited to make this item into my vanity. And I still am—it is cute and exactly what I want. Unfortunately, when opening the box and laying out all the pieces, some of the pieces were damaged—there were three nicks in which the white was gone on all three damaged areas. One was on the bottom/inner part of the desk, so I am not worried about that. But two of the spots are in the top corners of the desk, which is frustrating to see in a brand new purchase.

Super cute, a little challenging to assemble. Worth it. Not to big, a good writing desk for a small space.
