Item is definitely sturdy and easy to assemble. As with other reviews, if you want a white table, do not purchase. Not as white as it appears in the pictures, more of a beige or light gray color. Works for what I needed. Pleased with the purchase.

Not particle board. Make sure you watch the video before you put it together. The instructions were not exact but combining those with the video made it much more clear.
I put it together in 10 minutes, it is sturdy... I wouldn't stand on it...but fine for dinner.

Just got this table for my small apartment and it is just the right size! I cannot get over the quality of this table for the price I paid. Talk about value for money. This is solid wood and pretty heavy!

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS TABLE. The color is silky (white linen), I would have preferred a stark white, but this works. I love how easy it is to fold down, it can be used as a entrance table which can quickly turn into a kitchen table. We have a small living, dining area that competes for space, now that our nest is empty, we didn't need the large gathering table any longer. This table not only looks good, it is quite possibly the most versatile piece we have ever purchased, during the day it is folded down and in the evening I flip up one leaf for dinner. We haven't used it for guests yet because of the social distancing pandemic, but I anticipate we will fit 6 cozy or 4 comfortably. The quality for the price is extremely good as well. Can't say enough good about this piece. THANK YOU

Design: This is a 42-inch round, single post table, with drop sides. It comes several pieces, but it easily is put together, and took only about 30 minutes to put it together. The hardware is sturdy and everything is flush and nicely lines up, not like other inexpensive furniture. The paint is clean, no bubbles and the hinges are sturdy. There was minor overspray on the hinge but nothing big.
This table is awesome for my apartment. Very versatile. I'm eating it only 5 stars but the only down side is there was a small hardly visible crack In the wood. Other than that it was in good condition and very easy to assemble. Its not cheap material. Go ahead and splurge
for more than a year. Thought I would have to accept phony wood. Then I found this table. Real wood. All the hinges already in place. Easily assembled. Sturdy. Nothing warped or misaligned. And on top of that, real wood for less than $200, free delivery and delivered in a week. Wow!
For $150 this is fine. Really liked their video animation of the assembly on this ad - that really helped visualize it. As a petite lady with a small hand, screwing the initial screws inside the pedestal was not a problem. It took me about 35 mins to assemble and clean up. Was thankful to FINALLY have a table in my new house. The next morning, I really enjoyed my coffee and chores planning there. I think it looked nice, too. Perfect condition - the crumbs on the table in the photo are from me. I will buy from this Co again.
