The product is way more than I expected from mail order furniture. It is easy to put together and very sturdy. I would recommend this product to anyone.
Far from being comfortable. My wife enjoys using it, but I cannot stand more than few minutes on it. None of us had the opportunity to spend a night in it, but I wouldnt try it!
I have no idea why they call it memory foam: is different than everything I saw in this matter / practically there is no memory / but Im not a specialist in the trade.
Personally, I consider myself not very happy with this purchase and I cannot recommend this sofa to anyone.
On the other hand, it has a nice design and it is well made, easy to install, but to expensive for what it is in reality.
The only reason for not returning is my wifes inexplicable attachment to it.
I waited about a month to get the futon/couch, understandable due to Covid, I was going to cancel it by recommendation of that evening and assume it was lost in the shuffle. Magically it appeared at my door that afternoon. I was super excited for it to finally arrive. It is a sleeper for when my two grand daughters come to visit. I needed help to haul it in so a family member came over, to haul and help put it together. Well it turns out the holes were not drilled in the wrong spots to put the one arm on, called the manufacturer who said to call .
As usual made me an offer I could keep the futon for a discount or re box it and send back, that of course is nearly impossible given the size. But all is well that ends well, I had the holes re/drilled and now it looks great and is ready to sleep on
I bought this futon for my office. It looks very nice and I receive a lot of compliments. That said, it is hard as a rock. I cant believe they advertise this thing as memory foam. More like rock foam.
As it is my office couch, I dont really sit on it that much and it does serve its purpose. Also, it is much more comfortable to lie down on. That said, Im pretty sure I wouldnt want to spend a night on it. I cant imagine using this for a primary couch in a house. However, for the price, its a decent buy for the office.
I really liked this couch. It was easy to assemble. My husband and I did it in about 25 minutes. The color is beautiful, we bought gray. Its comfortable, as long as you dont want to be sunk in it all day. Although it can turn into a bed, I do not recommend that you use it for sleeping, as it is not very comfortable for that. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Looks good, hard as a rock

I got the green futon and it was very easy assembly. It looks so cute, just how I imagined. I wish it was a little comfier.
