The shelf is partical board and easily broken. I love the look and the color of it. It was easy to put together but be real careful, it split on me and i had to repair it. otherwise i like it
Love this console table. Read a lot of reviews that it was difficult to assemble but Im a small lady and I put it together by myself in just over an hour. Others said drawer did not glide or fit right but mine works perfect. I love it, exceeded my expectations.
The finished table is very nice, I would recommend it. However, it was a bit tricky to build. Some of the parts were not labeled so it left a little to the imagination.
It looks beautiful once completed, but boy oh boy do you pay for it. Ive put a LOT of furniture together over my life, but this was one of the worst because of the quality of the hardware provided. It took me about an hour and 15 mins to put together by myself. Didnt take long, but the frustration overshadowed everything else. Some of the hardware provided was defective and would not go together easily. Also, the drawer is not very sturdy. However, overall, now that Im done, I quite like it.
Great option, especially now that IKEA inventory is so limited. A few of the pieces were damaged during shipping, and the manufacturer replaced them free of charge. Its MDF furniture, so not the most sturdy but not bad for a piece that you buy in a box and build on your own.
I Love Love Love this as my TV Stand in the Bedroom! It looks Classy, and I can keep all of the remotes in the drawer so that I know where they all are
The only issue I had was dragging the huge heavy box inside my apartment. Later I came home to see hubby with the tool box out laboring away. He said it was a chore to assemble.
All I can say is, Its certainly not an Ikea table.
Its beautiful, sturdy and feels like a real solid piece of furniture that will last a long time. For the price Im blown away. I love it!
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because its not easy to assemble. Other than that no complaints.
