I was able to put this together by myself in less than an hour. Directions were easy to follow and all pieces were packaged very well. The finished product is very nice and looks great!
I was missing 3 pieces of hardware and when I emailed the company they were great on getting me them. There was miss communication between as to which parts they were but they continued to help me until the matter was solved. Great table.
I ordered this console table and I dont regret it; it is very nice and a great value. In the era of outsourcing customer service and waiting a long time for anyone to answer, I was extremely happy with the support received directly from the US of A.
I got stuck on step 2, wasting time trying to figure out why I couldnt figure it out, lol. Pieces 9 didnt match the photo. I finally realized the 9s I received were about an inch too short. I contacted the manufacturer and received the correct 9s about 5 days later. Assembly was easy and the directions were fine, as long as you have the correct pieces. It took me about 1.5 hours alone to get it together.
