I was surprised by how soft the headboard, footboard and side rails are. I was able to assemble it on my own which I also appreciated. My 6 year old son loves it!
I was looking for my daughters first bed and wanted something low to the ground but with a twin mattress. This bed is prefect! Low to the ground, easy to assemble and the right price. We bought a foam bumper to just add on the side. After a lot of research I was so glad we purchased this one. Highly recommend.
My husband assembled and hes great at that stuff / plan on it taking over an hour more like 2/3 hours. The kids (boys 5 and 7) absolutely love it, especially the slide. The house part is cute but you have to remind the kids not to bump their head. Making the great bed, you need to hook the fitted sheets at the top then scoot backwards so that took me a minute to figure out and you have to be willing to crawl around on top and bottom bunk to get beds made. Overall, the kids and I love it, we got the gray color.
Was a little hard to assemble, I did need a screw gun to put together as trying to do it by hand was just too difficult. But besides that it went together fairly easily and was exactly as expected once done!
For this set up I just added some sheer white curtains and twinkle lights! Instant princess bed!
Love the look and my kids think its super cool however putting it together was less than easy, the screw strip and getting it to tighten by hand tight enough that it doesnt wiggle was a major struggle.
We love our daughters bed frame. We get so many compliments on it and it adds so much whimsy to the room. I love the picket fencing and it helps keep her from rolling out of the great bed.
The only issue is that the front beam arrived cracked and it is a prime spot for a kiddo to want to hang and swing from, so I need to figure out how to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
This is just like pictured and my 3 year old is absolutely thrilled. It does take quite a bit of time to assemble/it was a 6/7 hour project for my husband by himself though I did have to hold things for final assembly. Its overall sturdy and does sway a little easily if moving around a lot on the top bunk.

I liked that it came wrapped very well! Easy to assemble. Also didnt expect for it to be so close to the ground / Which I love since shes almost 3!
