Its perfect! I was really concern buy online and done a lot of research and compares with different brands and measurements to ikea ones or hon. But with price and quality of this sectional sofa this is the best we ever purchased from Amon! Its actually bigger than what I expected in mind, great for condo 1bedroom , very comfy to sit on, I saw a lot of reviews saying its too firm, but its not that firm, I mean its soft pads and sturdy, not firm where I sit and like rock, its comfortable soft but sturdy seat. Probably take an hour more to assemble while Im working from same time. My cats instant love it too, its purfecttt now!! Price was 673.42 plus tax total is 742.45. for this price i think the quality is very nice and doesnt feel flimsy. Trust me, I have bought sectional from Amon before and was not comfortable and the side broke after a week. So this is Awesome and I highly recommend! Beautiful color light grey and the fabric is not thin or thick, just right and soft. The only thing I have to complain is my deliver man did not call me anytime and just left it in my front building, which I was lucky happen to check it on Amon ,just gut feeling to check where the package is located from tracking, I know the delivery supposed come between today Monday to Friday period, but who knows, I just happen to check it and found the delivery was done like 40mins ago, I hurry rush to downstairs and luckily still there, two big box and one med box. In my area definitely not safe to leave any package outside the building, I just wish the deliver man can call me or text me or some sort of informing me! Glad I was too. Anyways, overall its good buy and I might do an update review after a month use. So far today its rly good , nothing broken from delivery.
I love this couch! The chaise side isnt very long, but Im short so its perfect. It fits perfectly in my cozy apartment, and I love that it has storage. Even better, on rainy or snowy days, I can pop the bottom portion out and lounge with my pups. Some people think its hard, but its not. Its a firm couch, which is what I wanted. If youre someone who wants to sink into your couch, this probably wouldnt be a good fit for you. Its everything I wanted and Im so happy I ordered!
Came in 3 HUGE boxes. Zero damage to the pieces and all you need is a drill to put this little diddy together. Although it does help to have 2 people to do the arm rests, the design is a little wonky. This is a pretty small couch, definitely double check the measurements to make sure its what you want. Its perfect for small spaces. Of note, when these reviews say the cushions are firm, they mean FIRM. I love it, but not everyone will.
This is NOT a living room couch If thats what you are looking for, scroll on. This is a very small, rock/hard sleeper sofa. However, we were looking for something just like this, so I am thoroughly pleased with our purchase! This is the ideal couch for a kids play room or a small dorm room. It was fairly easy to assemble, is sturdy enough to hold my family of 5 (though not even remotely large enough) and has been perfect for our toddlers to play on and for older kids to sleep on when they stay over. We love it!
Disappointed at how small it actually is, but that is my own fault for not paying attention to the measurements listed. However, it worked out well because my wife and I wanted more space in the living room for our baby to crawl around and play, and it did just that. It just looks a little odd like a toy, but functions great for our needs.
It was EXTREMELY easy to set up. It took all of maybe 10 minutes to screw in the legs, and maybe 10 minutes to assemble it afterwards. Took about 20mins MAX overall. Only tool needed that is not included is a screwdriver, but I would expect everyone has one laying around. I used a power drill.
Bed is firm, but not too firm. Comes out easy pulling out and up, and the lounge chair even easier with just a lift up.
For the amount paid, Id say this is a really good couch. Its smaller than I expected it to be, but thats fine, it holds me, and I weigh 423lbs. Doesnt feel like like its going to break or anything, so Im pleased with it. The seat is a bit shallower than expected with the cushions on the back, but still, thats perfectly fine, its still comfortable to sit on.
Im really glad it came in undamaged, as when I saw the boxes I was a bit concerned, one was bulging out and slightly open, and all of them had dents and holes in the cardboard, but theyre untouched! It was really easy to assemble, it only took me about an hour and a half alone, probably not as long if I had been able to find my drill in the first hour, screwing all the legs into place is probably what took the longest, as theres no real setup involved in the couch itself other than sliding the pieces in place.
One thing I will say is that the hex key thing and the bolts it goes to are a bit on the cheaper side, so the edges dont hold very well once you get to tightening them up, but I was still able to get through all of them without too much trouble.
Also, as shown in the video, there are holes under the fabric on the bottom, but only for the round legs to screw into, the square ones you have to line up with the white thread outline and screw into the board underneath.
A lot of comments Ive seen about these style of couches is how uncomfortable they are, but I have to disagree. The seats ARE made of a firm foam, but I dont think its uncomfortable, I think its quite nice. Like, supportive. Besides, even if it is firm, give it time. The seats are going to wear out the more you sit on them, meaning theyll become softer. Grow up, theyre not bad.
Overall, its a great couch and I would definitely buy it again, I dont have any complaints so far. Ill update this in a few months with how its holding up!
