Not easy to assemble but definitely doable if you take your time. Overall bed is very STURDY and for what I paid, I can live with the imperfections. We were short some hardware but not a lot, maybe 4 screws and we made it work with what we had on hand. One of the sideboards was too short and theres a gap between it and the ladder opening. Overall, I felt like this bed is sturdy for the price. I was disappointed at opening the undamaged box and finding a HUGE chunk of one of the end posts missing (see photos). There were no wood fragments or debris in the box and the exterior packaging wasnt damaged, so it was for sure packed this way.
This was a solid piece of furniture and is absolutely beautiful. Takes time to assemble but instructions are pretty clear, pieces clearly labeled and nothing missing! Recommend having a second allen wrench for a helper as it makes the process quicker.
We love the bunk bed style and color. Its definitely sturdy and thats what we need with 4 boys. We were disappointed it arrived with a gash in one of the headboards. Also, one of the headboards did not have 4 of the holes drilled. Thankfully it was only one side on one headboard. We are still working on getting the right drill bits to make the holes the right size so we can finish the top bunk. Our boys are so excited to be able to use it.

Kind of annoying that the bed is shipped in two boxes and mine was delivered two weeks apart. Other than that the bed is awesome! The kids love it and it give them much more space in their room. Decent quality and my son loves the USB port for charging.
In the picture it looks like there is more room between the top and bottom bunk but its really tight which makes making the bottom bunk very hard. Also, the latter cant be moved to best fit the room so make sure it works with how you want to configure your room. It limited the places we can position it. They were also pretty time consuming to assemble and our full size mattress has room on either side. Its not a perfect fit and you can see the slats. I dont love them but its fine.
Product is very good but bunk beds have a very very strong chemical odor. I bought this product three months ago and it still has this strong chemical odor in my daughter's bedroom. Is there a phone number where I can reach out and talk to a representative?

Slightly difficult to put together but it looks great. Very sturdy. The grey looks great in their bedroom.
