This chair is great ... pretty, soft, and comfortable... my daughter loves it and feels like a princess in it ... uses it for virtual school ... going to buy a similar one for her piano chair ... exactly as described... my husband had it together in 10 min ... definitely worth it!
My 16-year-old daughter fell in love with a chair almost exactly like this one at Hobby Lobby a few months ago. Unfortunately, when I returned to pick one up for her, they were sold out online and in the store.
I was relieved to find this chair on because I'm not a fan of Hobby Lobby as a company.
She assembled the chair by herself while I was at work. She's extremely happy with it. It's both comfortable and supportive. The plush texture of the chair itself is soft and soothing.
It seems like people are reviewing two different chairs. I purchased the advanced Synchro tilt. The lowest seat position is 18.5 inches. I'm 5'8 and raised it up a bit. Its hard to tell from the description if the seat moves forward and back to fit your legs properly. It does. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Three bolts total and they included the tool. Yes, the packaging is not impressive. In the end it didn't matter. The chair is comfortable and easy to adjust. Similar to much more expensive chairs.
Overall I like the chair, but the seat is a little hard. Other than that the chair is very well made. It took just a couple minutes to put together by myself and its very nice looking.
This chair is comfortable. I purchased it expecting it to be larger than it is. The chair is beautiful and the seat is soft but it is just not large enough for someone who is on the heavy side. Just beware if you are a larger person. I will be passing it along to my size 2 granddaughter.
I ordered this to go with a small desk I have in my home. It looks amazing, it was simple to assemble and since I only sit in it for a few hours at a time it is pretty darn comfortable. I am very happy that I went with this chair.

I'm not a particularly heavy woman (150 lbs), but after a few months the cushion depleted and the chair itself started leaning, which is terrible for posture. I'm a triathlete, so my posture while working out and not working out is important to me. Must go and will order another, different chair.
