The chair is beautiful and sturdy. It arrived fast and it was exactly as described. In my opinion the product pics don't do it justice. It look awesome in person. I purchased this for my wife's desk and she loves it.

Although this chair is stunning the quality and condition it came in was lacking! I love it very much but I am not happy with the way it arrived considering the price I paid. There were visible scratches/marks on the velvet seat and a very obvious tear on the back of the chair near the top which you can see in the photos I posted. The quality could have been better unfortunately.

I contacted the seller regarding my experience and they handled it so kindly and professionally. Everything was resolved and Im happy that they provided me with a solution that worked for the both of us! Thank you again for being so helpful!

UPDATE Ive had this chair for a little over 2 weeks. Very comfortable, well made, and the smell has faded.
