It was certainly a bag for my buck for the sturdiness of the frame. Wish the headboard was slightly taller, cannot really appreciate the headboard if you have more than one set of pillows. I have a 12 inch mattress, so with the bedding you cannot really see much of the headboard. Space below is plenty if one needed it for extra storage.
When you receive the correct size, this is a great bed frame. When you order a queen, but receive a double (two different orders!) then it doesnt matter. The issue may be that there is no marking on outside of the box indicating the size of this bedframe. Im trying to be fair and objective in this review while also being aggravated.
Measure your headboard frame while still in package, so its easier to return if wrong size.
Anyhow, presuming you get the right size, this is a great bedframe. Assembly is pretty simple, and the frame itself is quite durable. We have two in our own home, and were trying to get to in a rental home, when the wrong size arrived twice.
The return process has been fine, but I have given up and ordered a different bedframe without a headboard from another manufacturer. Hopefully that one arrives in the correct size.
I wasnt sure about this bed when I saw all the pieces but it has well written instructions and each piece is labeled. When putting headboard and footboard assembled first, do not completely tighten. Just assemble the bed as instructed and go back and start tightening everything. There is a video so please watch it. Overall its a nice sturdy frame and a great value for your money.
Ive got my frame yesterday and today I assembled it by myself! Instructions are easy to follow, it comes with everything youll need to put it together. Its beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for!

This is a very nice frame however it was very difficult to assemble had the most difficult time with the 12 slacks not lining up correct
