One chair came with a broken gas pump. And to return it, I had to pay shipping cost which would have been an extra 30. So I contacted the seller directly and received a replacement part 2 weeks later. Not a fan of recieving defective items in the first place but was able to get it resolved. As far as the quality of the chair. Pretty solid build and comfy but runs smaller than the picture seems.

Bar stools are great! I had a hassle ag first as one of stools arrived with defect and it took a while to get replacement. That is the reason why i took one starvoff, otherwise it deserves five stars
