Ive had it for a couple months now and its excellent, very nice. I love it. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is that I feel like the cushions are getting bumpy hence its not very comfortable to sleep on like the first time I bought it
Gave tgis three stars… which could either be 1 or 5. For the money it seems like a decent couch and comfy. But they didnt send the sofa back item c. Not sure how that happens. Came in two giant boxes packed to the brim with minimal packing material. Depending on how the rest of this goes and i get the sofa backing in a timely manner i will update this with 1 or 5 stars.
Update: customer service replied quickly. The piece was hidden and zipped under the chase. Its a decent couch for the money and something for not longetivity.
I lovveeeee this couch I got this for my first apartment! Turn the couch over and you will see a zipper under it and thats where all the pieces are ! Its super comfortable and I personally feel like it is worth the money and it came super early! Very comfortable! Customer service was spectacular as well they were super nice!
Part 1: This is not definitely worth $1000(with delivery) worth, when considering the hassle of assembly. I did a mistake of not going to the local Bob's discount or Ashley furniture, where at least you have some peace of mind and know whom to talk to. This product is extremely hard to assemble and missing pieces do not make it any easier. I have contacted the seller to see what options are there to resolve this. Will post Part 2 of the review once I hear back. If I paid $300-$400, I would chalk it to you pay what you get, but at ~$1,000, you expect a hassle free product.
Not satisfied at all looks like it was used scratches and peels off the material pillow zipper broken not worth the pay request for my refund and someone to pick it up till this point havent heard nothing back from the seller other then. Sending pictures back multiple times.. to them and issue still not fixed..

Wrong and Missing Parts!
Clearly, I one of the two packages this item comes in was wrong. I have 2 identical parts, and I have no assembly parts. I need this fixed!
