Ive wanted a fireplace/entertainment center for years now, and this one is perfect! Its very sturdy, and the light and heating elements are separate. That way, I can have the flames flickering without the heat, which has been nice for the summer. Im sure Ill enjoy the heat more in the winter, though.
I asked my friends husband to put it together for me, and it took him about 2/3 hours. There were several pieces he accidentally put on backwards or upside down, but he was able to figure those mistakes out pretty quick. He was very glad for the extra wood glue I bought! It came with just a tiny tube that was used up in a matter of minutes.
Overall, I love this unit! Its one of my favorite features in my apartment!
For the money this is a good solid stand. It was easy to assemble / took me about an hour and a half because of the number of steps / and pretty sturdy once its built. I put a 70 inch tv on it and it fits pretty well.
Do yourself a favor and buy yourself some Elmers Wood glue with a thin tip. Itll make your life easier. You will definitely run out of the small tube that comes with it and the tip on the glue they give you is not easy to use.

Ordered this tv stand for a 65 TV. Showed up with all packaging intact. Directions are very clearly written with pictures. Took me 2 hours to put it together by myself, and I am a 62 y.o. woman. I love the quality, as well as the look of it! Definitely recommend!!
