This cabinet was easy to put together. It does work for its purpose. It is a little smaller in height than I thought it was. IT is good for a small kids room.
This was exactly what we needed in our small apartment but its not the most sturdy. Its great for the price. We had to move some of the door screws so the doors closed level but overall I would recommend buying it.
We are using this as a broom closet by leaving out the shelves. We drilled our own holes near the top to fit one shelf in above the brooms. We even were able to mount our wireless vacuum charger on the inside of the cabinet. Weve been using it like this for two years and its quite study. Im happy with the purchase and with our customization of it.
I honestly didnt have super high expectations for this little pantry. Hubs and I bought it because it was the cheapest one we could find, and our new kitchen does not have any pantry in it. There were a few scratches on one of the doors, which doesnt bother me, you get what you pay for. I gave it 4 stars for the exterior scratches and the lack of labeling on the pieces.
In terms of assembly it was not that hard. I did it in under an hour (Literally timed myself because all the reviews said it took hours/ it took me 58 minutes and 34 seconds). The key is getting organized at the start. I read several reviews of people claiming it was so hard to assemble. honestly you just arent very handy if you cant figure it out. I opened the box and immediately sorted all my pieces. The pieces and hardware were NOT clearly labeled so I grabbed some snack sized ziploc baggies and labeled each bag with the letter for that set of hardware for easy retrieval during assembly and then sorted the pieces of the item into piles as well. It is tedious but will save you a massive amount of time in the long run.
Once I was organized and checked that I had all the things I needed, I got to work. I did use a small drill instead of the recommended screwdriver and just took it slow when drilling. definitely a time saver to do that.
Overall Im super pleased and pleasantly surprised at the ease of this little project. Just stay organized, take your time, and use the instructions. youll be fine. And dont let the reviews saying its hard to assemble scare you away. Its really not. Hope this helps!
I got two of these two and a half months ago. Great storage capacity for price. Only downside is nearly every external panel had dinged corner. I included pictures so you can see for yourself to help determine if you can live with it. The dings dont bother me at all and I love the added storage. I assembled the units on the cardboard like youre supposed to do with furniture and no scratches from assembly. I did however scratch one of the doors afterwards installing a childproof lock and they are really easy to scratch if youre not careful. I installed the wall bracket to hold them in place and theyre absolutely solid. However I did accidentally strip out one of the holes snuggling down a screw. Obviously the composite they use to make the panels is not the strongest. Be careful snuggling down the screws or you might be the next person to have one collapse on you. As for me, mine are standing just fine fully loaded. Cant beat the price!

It is very small. Does not look big as it seems
It is real small. It has somewhat capable space. If your looking for something bigger this is not the cabinet to get.
