I ordered this futon, and it was damaged in shipping, the company was very helpful and sent another asap. Keep in mind that it is a lot shorter than what I expected. Very low to the ground. All in all, it serves its purpose.
We put this in a small home office and it is perfect for that. My grandchildren could sleep on it when they spend the night but it would not be adequate for an adult bed. It is small and pretty uncomfortable for sleeping but looks nice and serves the purpose we need it for.
I used the app embedded in the ad to visualize the sofa in my living room. It almost perfectly previewed how the sofa would fit. It was exactly what I needed. Assembling the sofa actually only means attaching the feet. As mentioned by other reviewers, it is on the smallish side. I am 5 2, which means that my feet seldom touch the floor when sitting on a typical American couch or . But I am able to sit comfortably with both feet on the floor! Tall people may not like how low the couch sits. There is only one small drawback for me: The armrests could only be used as a pillow if there were no other option because they are very firm. Changing the sofa to a bed takes seconds. I am very pleased with this product!
If youre looking for a decent sized futon that is comfortable, this isnt your best option. Im 54 and my legs hang off the end of it. Its a firm futon that Id definitely not recommend laying on for long periods of time unless you got a mattress cover to go on it Not worth the price paid.
