The bed base is exactly as pictured but the two I ordered did not come with a head or footboard. I am still pleased with my purchase I just wish it had come with all the pieces pictured and written in the description.
Edit: customer service was prompt when there were issues.
This bed frame got my new high-dollar mattress off of the floor. My dog, Taki, is confident that this bed really belongs to him! Strong and sturdy, but light enough for this old lady to put it anywhere.
I purchased this to put in my family room for when I needed an extra bed and for tornado season. I am a 50 petite woman and was able to assemble this in an hour. It is well made and sturdy. Love it!
You get what you pay for. I think its good for short term use not long term. I bought this for my 6 year old not even a week later one of the bars fell off. Bolts have gotten more loose over time.
