I love my new mattress! It was very easy to unbox and unbag. It came to the full 14 in a matter of minutes. The company calls it medium but I would say that it is on the softer side of medium. The price is right, very comfortable and does not have an odor.

A little TOO soft
Made my back hurt, however I purchased it for my 4 year old and she doesnt even sink in it so it might be just right for her.
