This is a well made chair except for so called ball
Bearings/ non existing. Color is not . It is much darker and ugly. Its a shame because it is very comfortable.
Dislike: Overall, the chair is fine and comfy. However, one of the main reasons I purchased this chair was it is. However, I do nor know what is supposed make it , is not working. It grinds and I am reluctant to try and change anything, even my son said it is best not to mess with it, or just get a replacement chair.
I need guidance from as to what to do. Thank you.
Inexpensive and Functional
1.) Product arrived On Time. 2.) There was no shipping or handling damage. 3.) Tools for assembly were included. 4.) Directions included pictures and were easy to follow. 5.) Alone, I was able to fully assemble in about 15 Minutes. 6.) Everything worked as it should.
For work related reasons, we temporally rent a house. Bought this to put in a large Master bedroom for occasional TV watching. I am 6 tall and 250 lbs. While the chair is stable and comfortable, I would not personally choose it for everyday use as my Primary Chair. FOR ME / It is a little snug and with a little humidity, bare skin will probably stick to the material. That being said, I was comfy enough to make it through a 2 hour movie and dozed off while watching the news. We got exactly what we paid for and expected. For our purposes, Id buy it again.
