1 showed up with a dent in it. I bought two and both are cheaply put together. Welds are not complete and both beds within a month had at least one weld broke and/or a bar has broken off. I bought these for a 5yr old and 7 yr old.
The bed is aming. The instructions was scary at first but once you get started its easy it looks like a lot it there is so much detail that you literally can not mess up. The bed itself is so sturdy and I love the wood color!
Great bed, love how its kinda high. Can store plenty underneath. Strong and pretty easy to put together. Might ordered a second just to have the extra storage for underneath for our other boys bed. Definitely recommend it.
Some of the welding came loose when I unpackaged the bed; the footboard was separated from the welding that kept it to the beam. It can be fixed, however, so Im not worried about it. The seller was extremely apologetic and offered a partial refund for the damages, and a friend is coming to re/weld the footboard. That is the only snaffu weve had with it. So far it has otherwise been sturdy and in very good pe, keeping up with my teenager nicely.
Screws keep falling out, the ladder peice fell off like three times now, only had it for about a month and already used up all the spare screws that come with it.

Great product with even better customer service
I had some issues with assembly of nut and bolts but the customer service was great and they were able to respond within 24 hours.
