They need to find better packaging for this bed. The first time, it came completely damaged. The 2nd time, it was damaged in the same place, but less so and we were able to repair it. The pink fabric is very light, not as pictured but it worked for us. There is gray foam used for the padding, so in direct sunlight it can look off since the foam shows through the light fabric. However, for us it wasnt a dealbreaker for the cost, compared to other similar options.
Im VERY pleased with this purchase! 1) its well designed. Very sturdy (the slats have a middle brace to connect them), all holes aligned perfectly, its not heavy. 2) I moved it into my house and assembled it by myself in less than an hour and a half. All necessary tools are included. Directions were easy to follow. 3) It arrived several days early!! 4) the price is cheaper than Wayfair or other sites (where shipping would have taken longer too). 5) I loveeee the grey linen color. Yes, its a stony brown. Very warm grey. 6) Its a beautiful piece of furniture. Im looking forward to styling it with bedding/pillows!
Unlikeeee other posters, all the slats were perfect, nothing broken, just be careful when inserting into tabs otherwise you might splinter. Look, I hate building furniture, I hate directions written by a non-english speaker, Im just generally afraid of getting it wrong. BUT, this bed was EASY to assemble, the parts were sound strong, and the end product came out BEAUTIFUL. You cant beat this price, and it can be a fun project with a little kid to help you turn the screws with the allen wrench or organize the pieces for you.
Good solid quality wood, shame about the weird yellow stain finish on the Scandinavian Oak color, makes it look cheap and dated. Photo misrepresents the color of the oak wood option. Much easier to assemble with a power drill.
It was flimsy from the beginning. I likeeeed the color, so gave it a chance. It was shaking every time my dog moved! Today one of beds legs just broke when I set! And Im not even overweight. I have no idea what to do with it now... ??
We got this bed for our toddler with the idea that we can use it in a spare room or office at some point. Its really a pretty color and easy to put together. would totally buy again!
Super easy to assemble, and the seller kept me informed about the delay in shipping and I see no fault of the seller. Everything I ordered and shipped through FedEx got delayed. But Im happy that I ordered this bed and I ordered that from this seller.
Ok so I assembled everything and then realized that it looked too bulky for my small room. I was wondering if I should return it - not because there was anything wrong with the bed - but because it just didnt look right. But then I decided to flip the legs around and see if that will work, and it did! The legs are what holds the four panels together so obviously, its important that they are screwed on properly and I was pleased to find that they work just as well upside down! The legs do poke out as you can see in the second picture, which is kind of funny-looking, but I dont mind it very much and because I have a 12-inch mattress the mattress covers well above the legs. I am so glad that i was able to find a hack that worked for me! When the legs are flipped upside-down likeeee this, its closer to the height of a sofa, which is exactly what I wanted so overall, I am very happy!
