We needed a smaller frame in our new home and liked this design. It took 2 of us a good hour to put it together but we had everything we needed in the box - only took needed is the Allen wrench that came with it. Its a heavy piece of furniture but not large. Our queen bed-in-a-box mattress just fits inside the frame and it looks great, and is a nice height. Love it!
Okay. So I was a little worried about buying this since the other reviews stated they needed to order an extra part. I definitely agree the manufacturer should make the middle I beams shorter so there is no confusion. However, it is possible to put this bed together well without needing customer service to send another part. This is how I did it:
Do not screw the perimeter platform screws in all of the way. I think these are G and H. Let them be loose. Then when everything is put together, you will be able to get G and H into the holes and tighten them. But if you put the bed together as the instructions say by tightening the I parts last, it wont work because the center part is too long when the side parts are screwed in all the way. I was able to put the bed together and thought maybe I would have to bend something but the bed went together perfectly (with a little muscle) and the end beams tightened up fine after I already put the center beam in. It doesnt need to be that confusing but it is and it is a relatively easy workaround and saved me having to call or do anything else. I had the bed put together by myself in less than an hour. And Ive been sleeping on it for 3 weeks now with no issues. It doesnt creak and it feels very sturdy. I did hit my leg on the end but I always do that on beds with footboards.
I love this bed and the sturdiness. One of the main reason I purchased this was to downsize from a king size to queen size and the space for underneath storage. And there is no need for a box spring. And for less price of a box spring and mattress I got a new bed, underneath storage space and a new mattress.
Easy to assemble. Having two people is helpful to guide the process easier, but one person could manage it themself. Very short footboard, which we like. Headboard is perfect size.

I simply love my new bed frame! It looks great and is ALMOST everything I was after, my only complaint is it is advertised as having a 12 clearance from the bottom of the bed to the floor, but that is not true. Its a couple inches shy.
But all in all it is sturd, comfortable, it was put together in about a hour. I must admit i was a bit skeptical at first as the feet are so narrow I was scared it would move alot, but it does not so much as rock and hit my wall when I plop into it!
I have two left hands so it was more work putting it together than what I thought it would be. Also, its more substantial than I was expecting, so heavier and better made than I was expecting, so the price makes it a really good buy.

Sturdy, Easy To Assemble
Got the bed quickly, very sturdy even for the bigger folks. Were using it as a guest bed, easy to assemble and great looking for the price.
Dont be afraid of assembling this. A piece of cake.
