This bed was pretty easy to assemble (used a drill) came with all the parts needed to assemble, so that was a plus lol ,but I was a little disappointed in the touch up paint job that was done on both side of the bed frames color didnt match the color of the bed ( small cosmetic )and there was dent in the head board i believe it was there before packing it bc it was wrapped in padding pretty good the bottom trundle sturdiness was a little questionable bc it doesnt have a complete frame just a front and back but guest arent staying on the bed all the time so i guess its alright.
UPDATE: Customer service was impeccable!! They got back to me right away and had another shipment out immediately! Once we set the bed up my son loved it! Its sturdy and perfect size. The drawers are nice and spacious.
Got it yesterday, opened it today, and this! A very broken footboard! Livid
I dont really write reviews but this one is worth it... I broke a couple pieces assembling it (totally my fault) and sent me replacement pieces when I contacted them. I first bought this frame in a queen and loved it. My husband and I upgraded to a king bed and we bought this same frame again. No regrets at all! Its also easy to move because it comes apart in chunks similar to a bookshelf. 10/10 recommend.
Recieved yesterday. Appears to be sturdy. Box is very heavy.. Both drawer fronts are damaged. I called all day and finally got through to customer service. They are sending replacement parts.
Good value for money. I purchased 2 and my boys love them and I love the extra storage in them. I did try to assemble them myself, but I ended up having someone assemble them. It took 6 hours or so. The beds arrived in 4 separate boxes. 2 arrived the same day and the other 2 days later. Overall Im happy with this purchase.
This is a heavy dang bed. It came with more than a few chips but none of them affected the integrity of the product only the appearance. Not that easy to assemble

Beautiful bed. I would have given it 5 stars but one of the corners of the bed keeps coming slightly apart from the other piece of wood.

Always a challenge assembling furniture, but instructions were clear, and we only wound up with one piece that didnt seem to belong anywhere. lol.

One piece was defective
One wheel on trundle was mounted to a smaller piece of wood had to build it up
