A hiccup in the begging with my first bed frame delivered. It was missing the F screwed and the bed assembly team found this at the appointment to install. I contacted and they sent a whole new bed frame that was delivered 4 days later and installed. Once that issue was cleared up I like the bed. It looks exactly as advertised and colors are true to pics. If you need a guest bed this is a great option
Very sturdy product, the only concern is 4 of the slots were built to not actually be screwed or bolted down into the frame. They just sit in the grooves in the frame with nothing actually holding them in, meaning when you slide the mattress around, you can hear the metal clanging which is annoying. They cant physically move since the mattress rests on top of them but its still frustrating and clearly wasnt thought out properly. Happy with the frame though and fits the aesthetic of the room.
The bed frame was delivered fast. It took some time to build. It has a lot of parts. The good things are: understandable assembly instruction and included extra parts in case you screw up.
