Even when you sit on the bed softly the frame moves as far as like it will move back further it slides not that the frame itself is jiggly that part is fine. As far as putting it together I couldnt tell you because my niece put it together for me this old woman cant get down on the floor to put things together anymore lol!
My daughter and I put this together in less than 2 hours (and we survived to tell the tale). The directions were straightforward. Everything was laid out well. It is surprisingly sturdy. It looks really nice!
Box was really beat up but the bed was not damaged when we received it. Easy enough to assemble, though the included hex key stripped out too easily when tightening down the bolts. Will be used by a small child so it definitely seems sturdy enough now, well see how it holds up over time. The white bed is definitely more off/white, and the included hardware is silver, not white like the product pictures, so it is very noticeable on the front of the bed. There was one spot on a corner post where the enamel was chipped off, but it is covered by the cap on top. Overall about what I expected as far as quality for the price, but it would have been nice if the hardware was the same color as the bed frame, especially since it is in super visible spot.
I will be frank after looking at some of the reviews, I was kinda skeptical about purchasing this daybed but after seeing some pictures of this bed, I decided to give it a chance and purchase the full sized daybed.
I ordered this product when it was out of stock but it honestly didnt take long (maybe 1/2 days) until it restocked. Afterwards the item was shipped pretty quickly (was shipped and delivered 2/3 days later)!
When I received the package it was pretty heavy (at least for myself, Im not the strongest person) / but eventually I got the product inside and started on the construction of the bed (bed was constructed in 2 hours with 2 people / including myself).
Instructions were clear and easy to undersd there were no dents or scratches when inspecting the items to assemble. There was also no missing pieces (in fact, they give you extra pieces (screws and safety guards for the mattress)).
When laying on the daybed it doesnt squeak/make noise whatsoever. Its very sturdy and is all in all super cute! Also, just to add on, it kinda feels somewhat high from the ground but I love it all the same (the extra storage underneath is super nice and convenient as well). The color is perfect and the style/shape of the headboard/sides of the daybed is just so adorable.
Was definitely a great purchase, and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a cute, somewhat cheap daybed!
I had a low bed frame that was 4 inches off the ground that came with the house we moved into. So, junk basically. Yet it worked for being on an income. I have no idea why I didnt think to buy this like two years ago! Because this bed frame, being lifted up off the ground and having a really cool chill spot (that doesnt feel like Im sleeping in the grave) SO MUCH BETTER!!!! I am currently styling my room now with an overhead acrylic chandelier and little faux fur rugs and an array of beautiful accent pillows and its all coming together so nicely! Its very exciting! And I cant believe how inexpensive this was because seriously its changing my life!!! Not even kidding lol
This bed is INSANELY loud. Like every time you move an inch it creaks and squeaks. Thank god Im single and live on my own because there is no way you could be intimate in this bed without sounding like a rusty wind mill squeaking as loud as possible in the middle of the night. Other than that is great but thats a HUGE problem for me. The squeaking literally wakes me yo at night when I turn or toss.
Aside from poorly written assembly instructions, the bed was quite sturdy once assembled. However, all four post balls (finials) were missing. The instruction for missing or damaged part was to call the manufacturer, , rather than the seller. I did that and was told the balls were out of stock and likely would not be available for months. I am not happy at all about that.

Sturdy but squeaky
Sturdy daybed, easy enough to decipher letter code to assemble. Gave it 4 stars because it is so squeaky, Ill have to pad the support rails to fix it.
