This bed arrived FedEx two days after it shipped. The bed is beautiful and seems very sturdy. (manufacturer) deserves a first place award, and possibly a round of applause for the way the instructions were written and the parts were organized. All the parts were clearly marked with letters and the bolts, nuts, were put into a blister pack and labelled with numbers. They were also labelled with measurements, in case you lost any of them and had to go purchase new ones. The instructions made it virtually impossible to fail. The finished product looks great and is just the right size for my room. Its everything I wanted. A couple of tips: you can speed up assembly by using a socket wrench with a 4mm Allen wrench socket attachment. Also, once you slide the final slats into place (part P) into both Part I bars, the pieces that you pop in the long top slots to hold them into place are the little recgular pieces. Its hard to see in the diagram. I highly recommend this bed, and products from this company!
Packaged and shipped securely and quickly. The only thing I didnt like was that the product was pictured on the side of the box. I prefer my neighbors not knowing what is being shipped to my house. Other than that it has withstood my teenage daughter and her large dag very well. The bed is sturdy and well made. The height allows for a trundle bed to be added in the future or for under the bed storage. I would purchase from this seller again.
I was a bit wary as some of the reviews had problems with damaged packaging and missing parts but mine arrived in perfect condition and had all its parts. It was easy to put together and has been great! ( I am 70 years old and somewhat handy but did it myself in about an hour plus) Looks good and with a nice pillow top mattress it is very comfortable and no squeaks like some others complained of. Good value!
I love this bed got it shipped Nov 3, 2016 and I received it a few days later. I just put it together Dec 14, 2015 and it is super sturdy. However, the manufacturer missed an import hole that did not get punched out on one of the main brackets that ties the bed altogether making it secure for the frame. I now have to use a punch and drill to create this hole that was missed by the manufacturers quality control. This causes me more stress and drama to create a hole that should have already been there. However, its more drama to send it back for one tiny hole and go through putting this bed together again. I find it silly there is no way to contact the seller or manufacturer through other than this feedback which is another issue I do not like. I am very pleased with the bed just hate that they missed a hole in manufacturing making it more work for me to put together.
