I was a little skeptical as many reviews stated damage in transit, but there was no damage. This is a beautiful piece, fits well with my decor and looks expensive. Does not look cheap. Ridiculously easy to put together. I also bought the matching cocktail/coffee table and loveee it!!! as well.
I gave this piece a 4 star because the drawers hang uneven after a few months with nothing in them. It is was easy and quick to put together for someone that is not very handy. However, it does also scratch easily on the top. It is beautiful and fits nicely with my decor.
This was a great buy it looks great in our entry way. Only complaint my husband had was one of the last pieces didnt fit perfectly when assembling and was hard to fit in.

But because its a rustic and distressed piece of furniture, the defect doesnt bug me too much and doesnt warrant a send back.
