Top piece had scratches on it in more than one area. However the box is too big and its too many pieces to even try to return. Although it is a beautiful fireplace/tv stand it is damage and now I have to paint it or put something on it to cover those areas
Very nice and sleek. Turned the flame on. Very toasty. Cant wait to see when it gets chilly. I had a tech assemble. Took him little over an hour. Very professional and he knew how to assemble. Thank you.
If my bf can put this together by himself anyone can lmao! No seriously, it took him about 3 hours and didnt ask for help. I just wish I wouldve known more about these to get one that changed colors. We absolutely love it and its really nice but if I were to buy one over again Id get a color changing one. I was worried about the stand not being sturdy but its pretty solid. My cat loves to lay up infront of the TV. It hasnt been cold enough for the heat yet so we will see how that goes in a couple months. I doubt we even use it for the heat but after reading the one review caught fire. Idk. It is cute.
I had to hire someone to do the assembling for me because it wasnt easy to do it myself. He is a expert in assembling because it took him only an 1 hour to do it. Other than that as you can see in the picture its very very beautiful. I love it. Buy it you will never regret.
Fireplace arrives in a lot of small pieces however the directions are fairly simple to follow. My husband and I put this together in about an hour or so. It holds my TV perfectly. The fireplace is a beautiful blue! I love that I can control the light and the heat with the remote. I also love that I can use the fireplace for ambiance lighting without having to use the heat.
