We purchased this Gazebo for use over our hot tub. Living in upstate NY on Lake Ontario, our winters are brutal. We are hoping this will provide a little shelter from the wind and cold this winter. We understand that it probably is not meant to be an all season structure but were looking for a quick fix until we build something more . The Gazebo has been up for 3 months and has weathered a few pretty severe wind storms with 65mph gusts and 7 inches of snow. We dont have the posts anchored down with bolts but we did place 40 lb sand bags on each post. The structure is holding up well. We did notice that the corner braces have bent but I requested replacement parts from the seller and they sent them free of charge. I removed the bent braces and was able to straighten them and sister each one with a new brace and reattached with slightly longer bolts. The Gazebo feels very sturdy now. We are expecting another damaging wind storm tomorrow so time will tell. Aside from the modification and considering the affordability of this Gazebo, we are satisfied with the quality so far. It looks great! Hopefully it still looks great after 4 more months of snow and wind. I will update.
Screen have several large snags. I tried to gently pull them back and created a hole. Emai the vendor but have not heard back yet. Directions are terrible. It would go a long way if they did a you tube video for this. Other than those two things it is sturdy and nice looking.
Update feb 14 2021. Top has sagged where water pudd. Will try adding an additional grommet in the middle of the back section for drainage. Emai company to request a new canopy.
Its pretty when its up, but very cheaply made and a nightmare getting it together because you have to figure out what the directions dont tell you. It took us about 5 hours to put it together. The support polls for the canopy bend easily and its not very sturdy. If you dont bolt it into the ground, and you get winds or rain, it will most definitely get blown over. Its just mediocre for what I paid, but the old adage comes to mind you get what you pay for!
The product came with all the hardware you need and decent instructions. The frame seems to be powder coated and pretty durable. Should last a long time if taken care of. The , mosquitoe screen, and roof material is durable and not one of those super cheap materials. Overall very happy with the Gazebo. Will update after some time. If no update then you can assume everything is still great.
Really nice upgrade from my last canopy. Stayed with one with bug and am growing to appreciate the rigid frame. A little more work but the quick detach cover and the track system for the and is a better design what I had before. Treated all the fabric after assembly so I am hopping to get a number of good years out of this one.
Update: consider buying 16X16 concrete squares at your local hardware store and anchoring your posts. This design does not allow for tie down ropes and I dril holes in the concrete and attached to the blocks.
Update2: Seems to resist winds as the corners naturally lift up helping to spill and redirect wind. The problem is while this helps address wind it sags the fabric cover in the middle of the long section where there are no grommets and water puddles and stretches the fabric and damaging all the elastic clips. I am considering adding my own grommets to address this design flaw.
Update 3, added grommets and solved puddling during rain. Replaced hook and loop on the privacy curtain stays. Still holding up but I do collapse the top if winds are expected.
Took longer to set up than expected due to not having three people to set up, but great quality. Time will tell how it holds up to wind, sun, and storms.

Beautiful and proving to be sturdy for the price!

Great barbecue area!
This is very sturdy and easy to put together if you read the instructions. We anchored ours with tent stakes and even in rain or wind it doesnt move.
Perfect for small yard
The canopy started to sag after the first rain. But other than that this is perfect for small backyards. Makes a classy sitting area.
Directions are terrible

Wanted something quick and sturdy
