Two screws didnt fit; missing one rubber floor protector

Two screws are too short to attach a seat; one of the 8 rubber floor protectors missing.

Would not buy again

The chair is beautiful but it is extremely uncomfortable if you are sitting in it for a full work day. Also, the chair randomly goes down on its own while I’m sitting in it even though it’s locked. This is the most annoying part. I’m tempted to take a hammer to it. If you want a chair just for looks then go for it. Otherwise, look somewhere else.

Not for tall or large framed people. Easy to assemble, but disappointed in size

This chair is not for larger butts. Doesn't work for me but it's too late to return it
