This is the perfect size for our application. It was fairly easy to put together and seems sturdy. I use it to store brooms and mops, etc and it sits on my screened porch, not outside, so I cant attest to its weather tightness. Id been looking for a shed small enough for my purposes and this works well.
I was not happy at all with this product but the customer service person went out of their way to make it right. I really appreciated their efforts. THEY get 5 stars, not the product.
If you are looking for lightweight, small space storage for a few items this is not a bad choice. Probably best used in a covered area. There are no written instructions, just pictures, but if you have ever assembled any RTA furniture you can handle it. I was able to assemble it using only a screwdriver in about an hour. While I ultimately did not end up keeping this shed as it was suitable for my use, the customer service experience was satisfactory and I was not unhappy with the outcome.
While I love this shed, many of the reviewers said how bad the directions were. that was no lie. If you are good at building things then I wouldnt hesitate. If you rely heavily on directions, like I do, I wouldnt buy it (my husband built mine) The only modification my husband will make is on the table. He will connect the table leg to the door to help make the table more stable. We put the shed by my roses so I dont have to go over to our shed. It is big enough to hold all of my gardening tools, fertilizer etc.
Excellent value. With the exception of the roof top assembly, the rest was pretty easy. If you are familiar with intructions, then you got this. Took me about 3-4 hours. Would definitely go much faster with two people. I love the little drop down table! Im using it as garden shed but could also see it as an outdoor pantry for an outdoor kitchen.
