    BEAUTIFUL CHAIR!!!

I just received my chairs today and couldnt wait to write a review. Have to admit, I was a little apprehensive ordering such a major purchase sight unseen but I am so glad I did! Delivery was on schedule and easy to assemble. I ordered the otter gray and the picture looked a little on the grayish brown side and I was a little surprised when they were an actual gray. Not a deal breaker since these chairs are absolutely gorgeous and 100% satisfied with my purchase.

    Color Misrepresented

We ordered two of the dark grey sofas. I was very excited. The photos showed a nearly black sofa- which is what Ive desperately been searching for. I was going to just purchase IKEA and then get a black cover from another place, but IKEA is unavailable right now with delivery and pickup. So we went with this. Scheduled to be delivered exactly a week later. Got them in- Completely not anything like the color shown in the photo. Its more of a medium blue-grey. Im very, very disappointed. I was counting on the dark color. But it is what it is. I need seating (we have five kids, a dog, and family that comes over). So Im sucking it up. They have grown on me slightly. But nothing is more frustrating than inaccurate product photos. That said, the sofas are very firm. Which I like. Definitely not napping couches. But good for the purpose I bought them for. Oh, and one of the sofas has a wobble. The middle support isnt shorter than the rest like on the other couch. Ive swapped them all out but cant seem to resolve it. But the other sofa is completely stable.

    Not bad!

This sofa works great as a secondary living room sofa for our apartment. The velvet is soft and looks luscious! The comfort level is so-so, perfect for guest visits but Id recommend springing for higher quality if youre looking for a main couch act.

    Great sofa, worth it.

All I had to do is take the sofa out of the box and screw the legs in. Love it. It looks just as good as the one I wanted that cost $3000 in the store. Plus, it is comfortable. So worth it.

Nice looking but not that comfy.

Really nice looking but not the sofa For binge watching Netflix. Very hard and the seat depth is short. I am only 54 so its okay for me but I cant imagine that it would be comfortable for anyone taller. No support for upper back or neck.

    Great value for the money

This couch is a great value for the money. It was super easy to assemble - just screw on the legs. I like that its easy to change the position of the chase section if I would want to rearrange my room. I got the hunter green color and in person its as pictured and looks great.

Make sure you get all of the parts

The couch arrived missing four legs. I contacted for replacement legs and they sent me a set that did not match the couch AT ALL. I called again and was informed that I would have to contact the manufacturer to see if they could get me matching legs. Im pleased with the quality of the couch, just frustrated that I have to do all of this work to find legs for my couch

Sofa is great...chair, not so much

I originally bought one (1) 87 black leather sofa and two (2) matching chairs. I figured I would only order one sofa just in case I did not like the set to make returns simpler. I will add that s return policy is awesome and the main reason I was willing to buy furniture sight unseen. I figured would then order another sofa if I was happy with everything. My intent was to buy 2 leather ottomans that would be interchangeable with the chairs and sofas. I as leaning toward the Kaden model in matching black leather. For the price, I could get an entire living room set in 100% leather with no vinyl anywhere for a fraction of the price anywhere else. As for price, this gets tricky. Using camelcamelcamel, I saw that the price for the sofa fluctuated from $600 to $1660. I decided anything around $700 was a great deal and patiently waited until the price dropped near this level to purchase it. I ended up paying $707 for the sofa during the pandemic. The chair price fluctuated from $420 to almost $1,000. I ordered both chairs at the same time as the sofa when they reached $441 each. The sofa was delivered on time but FedEx lost the chairs, which were to be delivered 2 days after the sofa. Kind of annoying since I got rid of my entire living room set the day before the scheduled delivery date. As others have stated, setup is simple (I had to do this since the delivery drivers could not enter my home during Pennsylvanias stay-at-home lockdown orders). This was no big deal as I opened the front door and the delivery guys just slid the box into the room. Common sense dictates that the leather would be dry as it was shipped in a cargo container from China. I took 15 minutes and rubbed Lexol leather conditioner on the entire sofa. I routinely use Lexol on my vehicles leather seats. Once the conditioner set in, the leather was extremely supple. I figure Ill have to do this a few times per year to keep the sofa in good condition. Comfort-wise, the sofa is great, with one caveat; if you are buying this to face toward a television and spend long hours watching TV, the back is way too low and it becomes extremely uncomfortable. I do find it very comfortable to sit on, just not for extended periods of TV watching. The greatest thing about the sofa is that it is fantastic to lie down and watch TV. If you remove the cushions, it makes quite a comfortable guest bed. FedEx delivered one chair a few days later but the 2nd chair remained lost in transit (they both came from the same warehouse 3 miles from my house). I placed the chair facing the TV and paired it with an old ottoman I had to try it out for a few days. By the end of the first evening, I realized that this is an occasional/accent chair and offered no functionality as an everyday chair to read/work on the laptop/watch TV. Even with the ottoman, I found myself slouching as the chair back support was way too low and uncomfortable. Therefore, I sent it back immediately and cancelled the other chair that was lost by FedEx. I picked up two (2) Waverly power recliners from Raymour and Flanigan on sale (for less than I could have gotten the Aiden chair and Kaden ottoman). I think they match the style/color of the sofa pretty well. Once I had the sofa and recliners, it took about 6 weeks for the price of the sofa to drop to the low $700 price range. At that point I bought a matching black leather one for the other side of the room. Now that Ive had everything for a few weeks, I am extremely happy with my purchase. As you can see from the pictures, the sofas are quite low in the back, which allows full sunlight from my bay window to enter the room. Fortunately, the window faces north so the sofa will never get direct sunlight. One last thing to add is that I was willing to wait for the price to drop, even if it took 6 months. Once I realized I could buy 100% leather at such a good price, I was unwilling to settle for any of the other fabric options. Although I really wanted the Cognac color, the price was twice as much as the black.
