The cushions are thin but the design and application of the piece is very nice. We take the cushions off a lot, you could also by different cushions if you choose.
I have had this for more than a year now and see some reviews that have issues that I also had but I found pretty easy to fix. The kit was easy to assemble and looks great out of the box. Chairs are surprisingly comfortably and the table is sturdy.
However, the finish absolutely will be destroyed and peeling by the end of the season and especially after the winter. I took a small hand sander to it and a small jar of stain and had it looking great again in less than an hour though I would agree this shouldnt be necessary so soon.
This does not come with a hole for a patio umbrella but I was able to easily install one with a hole saw. Finish it with a grommet and youre good to go.
All and all, the small flaws were easily fixable and acceptable at the price point I bought this at.

Options were plentiful, but with busy work schedules, kids, sports, etc., going shopping for patio furniture wasnt an option. Typical options were either double/triple the cost, out of stock, or too good to be true/cheap. seemed to check all the boxes. We wanted it fast, and they deliveredliterally. Ordered Sunday 5/30, arrived Tuesday 6/1, 2 days ahead of schedule. All pieces were perfectly in tact and extremely well protected. I enjoy projects, so I was happy to break the assembly down into 3 or 4 one hour sessions. Had the kids help for miscellaneous steadying/support. Could be done solo, but would be a challenge. Instructions recommended using a drill, but not advisable given the multiple, fine tuning adjustments typical of most furniture assembly. Take my word for it, the ONLY tool you need is a ratcheting screwdriver and hex bit. Chairs/sofa final bolt assembly will test your grip strength a bit, but the final fit and finish is excellent.
This is probably the nicest backyard dining set Ive ever had. It will last for years and is big enough for all 11 family members. Easy clean up and I oiled it to bring out the wood. Im very pleased.

Best outdoor dining furniture
