This is just what I expected. Its the perfect size for the space I needed it and when used as a chair looks very nice you would never think it turns into a twin size bed

This item is really good for the occasional overnight stay. Its reasonably comfortable with no lumps and bumps fairly hard, so best with a mattress protector to give some softness; fussy family members have used it happily; makes a nice neat ottoman when folded up. The detail of magnets to hold the skirts in place is nice, makes it look good. I did not find it any use as a chair, lounger or sofa though / not enough back support.

Added a memory foam mattress. Fits perfect in my small room and my grandson enjoyed using it as a lounge chair and bed.
The ottoman arrived on time and was easy to put together. It worked as expected in the beginning, however after having used it for a month in the chaise lounge position, I tried to put the headrest back inside and it would not return to its original flat position. I tried pushing the headrest down several times and it does not go further than a 90 degree angle and will no longer lay flat.
I have tried contacting the seller and am waiting to see what will happen. I will update my review depending on if they are able to help or not.
UPDATE: Updated to 3 stars, I was able to contact the seller and was told to go through and was able to get a refund for the broken ottoman. So, although the item broke, the customer service was very helpful.
I got this bc I have a pinched nerve and cant sleep flat however the middle part that fold up the ledge that it sits on is to small and doesnt stay so half of the sit is down in the hole I am 52 118 lbs so it cant be from the weight I also always sit on the opposite side and it still goes down I wouldnt recommend this for the price if the ledge was bigger and actually help the seat this would be an awesome product

Put this in sons room and could not ask for better chair. He uses it to game play on and for when friends sleep over. Very versatile

LOVE IT
Came assembled. Functional and cute. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. Not in love with the magnetic skirting.
