I have the wrap around puppy diapers for my Maxie, and was using the smallest sanitary napkins I could find to line them, but they were too narrow and the diaper itself got wet so I had to frequently change to a fresh one. I finally tried these liners which are just the right size, very absorbent and have never leaked onto the diaper itself. My only minus is the price, it's pretty high, but I will continue to buy them because they work so well.
I use these for my older dog who has lost control of her bladder. I bought these to use on top of the reusable diapers and they work perfectly. I used to use disposables and those didn’t absorb nearly as much as these do. Have ordered these a couple of times and love i!
I was really hoping that these would be a good solution to lining a washable dog belly band. Unless you are always checking least every 4 hours to see if you need to change, it will not absorb much and will soak the belly band. I have a 25 lb male geriatric dachshund who has a large dog bladder. These don't appear to have any type of polymer gel to hold liquid either. Also, they do not have gussets on the side so you have to struggle to get them to stay in place as you put them on the dog because the adhesive is really weak. They have a plastic backing, but leak out the sides as there is no gusset or barrier on the sides. I can use these on top of other ones, but will never buy again.
The typical washable dog diapers aren't really made to hold a full bladder of pee and haven't been for my old dog. I was stuffing them with menstrual pads (didn't work, just poured out the tail hole), pieces of towel (worked but eventually soaked through diaper and them had to wash) but these pads work great. They hold my 15 yo chiweenie's full bladder of pee without soaking through to the cloth diaper... Very much. I've cut down on diaper washing and don't have to worry about pee spots on the couch from a wet diaper anymore.

Too big for 7lb dog
Good absorption but too big for my 7 pounder
Great puppy diaper liners

My dog was comfortable
My elderly dog was incontinat
Nice pads
These work great with our washable diapers for our elderly pom.
Perfect Product!
These pads work perfectly inside a doggy diaper and stay put with no leakage. Wish I would have started using them sooner!

Worth the money. Great absorption!
Will be a repeat buyer of this product.
Not for big bladders or overnight use.
