Product came as pictured. I am using this as an accent chair in my office. It was very easy to put together. It only took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. This includes removing the pieces from the box. It seems comfortable.

Small chair
The chair is really small and the back is much lower than I realized it would be. Overall it does the job as being an accent chair.
