Received the headboard with a chipped piece of the wood on the front and the back. Drawers have no track, they are on wheels. For the price, it gets the job done and the design is nice but material could be better.
I didnt realize the wood look was actually laminate on particle board.
The screws in the drawers pul out. We probably wont be using the drawers.
If you have a nightstand, you would not be able to pull out the drawers closest to the headboard.
The corner of the frame near the foot of the bead seems to get ran into a lot and really hurts.
The directions were great, the assembly took no time. Its relatively sturdy but difficult to move because its flat against the floor. Over all its great but put it together where its going to stay!
If you plan to use the drawers close to the headboard, and also use a side table, you must remove the side tables each time you use the drawer. For that reason only two out of 4 storage are useful. Other than that the bed is good. I ended up buying little attachments to keep the mattress in place. After that, it works very well.
Only received half the bed at first. Had a minor freak out. chatbot just told me to return it it. customer service directly and Tina was super awesome and figured it out. Cool bed, plus my cats really like the box.

Consbiggest con is if you have a bedside table you wont be able to pull the drawers near the head of the bed out. With the mattress on top, its just a bit lower than i expected, but not too too low. Also the mattress is only secured at the top and bottom, but can slide side ways

Took me a couple hours to put together at my own pace and turned out pretty well. Low profile 10 inch full mattress.
