Simple to assemble. Might work better for the trundle to be on a hard floor vs carpet.

Received my frame a week ago and immediately noticed a dent in the footboard frame. It wouldnt be that bad if it was damaged in a place where it wouldnt be visible but this is right on top. The shipping box looked fine so this must have been damaged in the factory. I reported it right away to the Seller but have not received ANY correspondence. Decent bed frame but customer support is not very good.
UPDATE: Finally heard back from their customer support folks and they were able to resolve this issue to my satisfaction. This bed is great looking and easy to assemble so buy with confidence.
My kids love it the trundle doesnt push under but thats because our twin mattress is too thick but we plan to raise the bed a little to fix that problem
Waste of money! Not a waste of money!! contact customer service with issue i had after receive the package. Customer service was helpful and fast. They sent out a replacement within a couple days. Bed went together and looks great. Is sturdy and my son loves it.
This company was the best company! They were so patient and understanding with me the whole step of the way with purchase, and delivery of my sons twin bed. The bed is beautiful and sturdy, and was easy to assemble. Thank you so much for being patient and understanding with our family, and going above and beyond during the holiday season to make sure our bed was delivered to us. I highly recommend you guys for any furniture purchases and I will be shopping again!
For under 400, this bed was fine for the price although Im overall, slightly dissatisfied with my purchase.
There are several negative things to take note of when comparing this bed to other twin beds. First, the are shallow, plan on storing items that do not have a lot of bulk to them. Second, the casters on the trundle bed are undersized and the bed will not easily pull out without dragging on your carpet. If you had hardwood floors, I am certain they would scrape the floor as well. Lastly, why wouldnt you include little white circular stickers to cover the hardware on this bed? It significantly cheapens the overall look. If given an easy option to return without having to disassemble and repackage, I would.
I am very happy with my purchase of this bed for so many reasons. Its sturdy! It was easy to assemble (and let me tell you, I am NOT one to put things together, its not my cup of tea. However, this was SUPER easy to understand and for once I actually helped my husband put something together from start to finish!!). The price was fantastic. Its for an adult so it took me a while to find a bed that would hold adult weight. So glad I finally found this one!!

Nice bed for kids. Not overly sturdy. Mattress on trundle cant be over 6 inches without some sort of risers for main bed.
