This chair is beautiful, was easy to assemble and looks great in my living room. I am a small person though (5 ft tall) and it was way too big for me as my feet did not touch the floor and my head hit the backrest way below where it should have, making sitting in it not at all the experience I had hoped for. I contacted the seller and was going to return the chair. The seller was very responsive and a pleasure to work with however, before I began the return process, I tried putting a large euro cushion on the seat and a small ottoman under my feet and the chair is perfect for me now. As a bonus all the normal size people in my house can use it also! Love the chair and loved the outstanding customer service.

Update: The company reached out to me and replaced the chair free of charge even though they were under no obligation to do so. The second chair has held up well. I would recommend!
The item came damaged at the seams, and was very poorly crafted. I was really excited about this chair but it is definitely a looks better from a far or in my case looks better in the pictures purchase.
Also, I am 54 and I felt like I was sitting in an adult chair, but it fit my 64 husband perfectly. I couldnt even rock in it, I was practically swinging to get any sort of rock in
Lastly, the armchair frame is popping when weight is applied.
Definitely disappointed in this purchase as it looked like such a nice chair.
Edit: customer service was very accommodating and fixed the issue quickly.
I like the size of this chair and the color is very nice ( neutral) so it fits any room , got it for my mom and she really like it, I had issues with some of the screws ( bottom one) that didnt fit properly but with a lil push it went thru , so far I like it , I will update after a couple months of use ( sturdiness)

Actually, the texture of the furniture is good, but it makes a lot of noise and does not rock. You also have to put on a pillow.

Its a cushioned rocker in lieu of the ly boy chair
Its not the best quality ever but it works, it rocks as expected and it matches our nursery I even use it as a step stool sometimes and Im a big daddy

Not much back arch support but if you put a pillow behind your back its perfect
