Very easy to put together
I loved it was easy to assemble
This was a tough one to review
I struggled with this one because I always try to give a painfully honest review. Now that the bed is (finally) assembled and looking pretty in our guest room, I am pleased. However, it was considerably more difficult for two people (one quite handy) to assemble than other reviews would have had me believe. Additionally, the bed arrived damaged (both one component was broken and a highly visible part of the frame was seriously scraped), and customer service was inconsistent. I sensed that they might have been trying to make it right, but it was tough to track them down and get a response. Ultimately, they replaced the broken part and refunded me 30, but it was not an ideal situation.
Trundle wheels break very easy
Very disappointed as we thought we got bad wheels and after having the wheels replace and noone using the trundle for a week since the new wheels were placed. We pulled out the trundle for our comapny and the wells broke. Very very disappointed
My kids love this bed
My kids love this bed and it was easy to put together.
Two Women and a Wrench!
My daughter helped put this daybed together for my Mothers Day gift. All the parts were there and it was not hard to read and follow the picture directions. However, some of the holes didnt match up easily and trying to put the big bolts through those holes was very difficult. They didnt screw down all the way on two sides.one across the back and the other was the opposite front. I wont be needing this daybed until July so I will have to have one of my boys or my son in law use brute strength and/or an electric drill to get the bolts in there tight enough for a secure daybed. It looks great and seems sturdy enough for a child or lightweight adult. The specs say that it will hold a 400 pound adult.not sure if that would be the case!

A missing part
The bed is good but getting a missing part is very difficult. We are still waiting for a missing part since it got delivered. Right now we are not very happy.
excellent bed
even through the delivery was beyond the expected dates of delivery, I must say customer services gets 5 stars responding very quickly to my emails. The wait was worth it! The bed was easy to assemble and very comfortable and sturdy. The fit was perfect where I need it.
Great Bed Trundle
Purchased for grandchildren and they are thrilled with it. My farm sons didnt have any trouble assembling it, but they build machinery, so The ONLY improvement Id request would be the addition of handles on the trundle to make it easier to pull out. It rolls easily but requires rotating my wrist in a way thats difficult for me. Great product, highly recommended.
