This platform bed is much better than I expected. It is solid wood and very sturdy, no cheap particle board. It is very heavy so it does not move. Also there is no motion transfer and joints squea. It is full of storage drawers and shelves that can store a lot. We got the size and it is a true. It is very complicated to build, I suggest a carpenter. We hired one and he even said it was challenging. It took him 7 hours total to assemble by himself.
We also got the headboard, its aming.
It takes a while to put together by yourself. I bought 2 of them and didnt receive everything at the same time but the rest did come in the very next day, the sender even helped me confirm it and were very nice. My kids have slept on them for a few days now and absolutely love them and they are really sturdy.
Defective component/part.
One of the items (panel M) is defective. The lines and holes were not correctly centered. This is a Quality Assurance issue. However, I made it work. Additionally, there is a large gap above the drawers, between the frame and drawers.

Also it helps to have someone help you. It is recommended to two people. But Im pretty sure one person can do it. Two person just makes a lot easier. Definitely recommend this. Lots of storage. It was missing one or two things but it wasnt that big of a deal. I had some extra screws from another project and was able to use that. I will definitely buy this again.
I would give this 5 stars if it didnt take me 2 weeks to complete. If you are a single mother this bed isnt for you. I had to borrow my coworkers drill because there wasnt in holes for the wheels for the drawer and the slats. Then, there are hardly in words just confusing pictures. But it is sturdy and great quality.

Very practical. Assembly is easy but be prepared to take a full day to do it.

My 3 y/o loves her new bed! Super sturdy! I would definitely recommend this for kids! It says up to 200lbs so perfect for the kiddos!
